Well I've been suffering from (SAD) since I was an early teenager, I am now 34 and I really did think up until recently that it was just me and my Dad out the that suffer from this. It really does help now that I see am an not alone.

I can't wait to meet many of you and read more about all this.

I was like you, I've always been under the impression that I was the only one suffering from SA. I'm so glad to have found this site myself, and I hope you are too

Welcome Nash. So your Dad has SA? What's that like? I assume he understands you more than a Dad that doesn't have it.
