|
| I think I have social anxiety. Im not depressed or anything and I love life. I just need help (other than doctors) to treat myself. What should I do and what natural things can I do. I think I'm missing out on too much stuff because of it. People like me but I'm too afraid to be around them! How I hate this so |

Try exercising. The chemicals in the body are better balanced when we have proper amounts of exercise. And look into changing your diet. Often we eat so much junk our bodies react in many different ways.
I'm not a doctor, nor do I profess to know this subject, so my words are just a thought that could benefit all people. A healthy diet and exercise can and does make a big difference. Whether it will be enough of a difference for you will remain to be seen.
Things to stay away from are processed foods, FAST foods, junk foods and sugary drinks like sodas and cheap juices. Fruits and Vegetables are good. Red meat should be a rare treat, lean towards chicken and fish (not that you can find much good fish). But a good diet goes a long way to making us healthier and more balanced. |
