Hey Josh I added your site socialanxietyforums.com onto stumbleupon.com so the millions of people who go on stumbleupon.com and click stumble a website this website will pop up according to the category it gets placed in. I don't know whether this will help grow your numbers and increase traffic but hopefully it will.

Just tell me in like a months time whether this has helped or not. Also you can make an account on stumble upon and see whether or not the site pops up. It will be under the category of mental health.
