Hi all,

Well, it's Thanksgiving and I'm at home by myself. My parents live about 20 minutes away from me, but I couldn't force myself to go today. I haven't seen them since the beginning of this year. I feel like a terrible son. Anyways, I've finally decided that I've hit rock bottom, so I will start to look into psychiatric help. I'm also very bad about keeping in touch with my few friends. Clearly, I need to make some dramatic changes in my life.

By the way, my name is Ken and I hope you are all enjoying your holiday!
