Hi everyone

Just signed up today, thought i'd say hello and introduce myself. I'm 29, i live in the UK with my fella and my 2 cats. Had SA since god was a boy, currently having CBT but not feeling as positive about it all as i'd hoped i would. Just looking for a place to hang out with people who are going through the same things as me, hopefully get some support and provide it where i can.
