    Separating an egg

    This is a much more exciting way of separating an egg compared to the shell juggling method that I use. It is amazing how strong the yoke is that it doesn't break in the process.

    Don't worry, you don't need to speak fluent Chinese to see how to do it.

    Thats really neat.
    Great if you want to separate the yolk from white. However I never do that myself.
