I was just googling info about this disorder I have and just wondered if there was a forum for it and googled that and this site was the first that came up.

I was feeling sort of conflicted and down about being so socially inadequate, but I didn't want to talk about it to the few friends I have (it feels too much like whining) so I googled "social anxiety forums" and it brought me here. Kinda hoping to find others who would understand.
