Hello to everyone,
I decided to register at this forum for two main reasons: by sharing my experience with yours I would like to get a help from you, and in the same time I hope my experience will help you to fight social anxiety.
I have suffered from social anxiety for almost 17 years, and recently I have made GREAT progress because of the help from a specialist.
While I was terrified of speaking in front of a group of people or even a single person sometime, I now can face with much more tranquility those situations.
I HAVE LEARNED TO ACCEPT MY SOCIAL ANXIETY AND LOOK AT IT NO AS A PROBLEM BUT AS A CHARACTERISTIC OF MYSELF.
I think that learning to accept social phobia is the first step in understanding and face it.
Thank you for reading this

Welcome Salvo.
I am the same with you on your position regarding SA. I just think of myself as an introvert.
Exactly what type of specialist did you see? _________________ Read the advertisement rules:
