Hi everybody. I suffer from SA. Today was particularly bad.. I feel terrible. You know the feeling after you have just gone through a terrible feeling of SA in public and you are sure everyone hates you, or more thinks you are weird and notices that you are anxious, and makes weird comments to you..
well thats how I feel right now, and thats what made me come home and search you out....
I started a new job today. A dream job for interesting artistic outgoing people. im working at an outdoor film festival. I got the job without an interview.. the only reason they hired me. Anyways everyone i work with is really outgoing and confident and artistic.. Its who I want to be if I could just get over my fear!!
I feel so depressed..so alone......
im using this to vent like i would to a journal...im not sure what your meant to do in a forum..
i need help.. but I dont know where to turn.... |

| Dude that is not the way to think! Dude listen to me and take me seriously! how can you put yourself down like that, DO YOU seriously THEY("THOSE ARTISTIC PEOPLE THAT YOU LOOK UP TO") could put up with anything close to what your going through. That would probably break down and hide somewhere, and yet you went straight in there knowing this would happen. Dude look up to yourself you did great! |
