hello everyone,

im new to this, ive never been in any support group. Im 22, and I am in graduate school. I have recently discovered my problem in public and I wanted to see what other people are going through and maybe relate to each other. I never thought much of it in the past (2-3 years), but I have realized I have a problem; I try to go out anymore by giving my friends excuses that I have homework (they usually believe me because im in an intense program). When I do go out or when I am in a social setting I have extreme anxiety; my mind is going too fast for me to think and I am very analytical of myself. I have not always been like this; there are times when I am very outgoing and I am the center of attention and it doesnt phase me. Now that I have noticed this, I want this anxiety to go away and I am willing to try anything, within reason.

but anyway, thanks in the future for letting me share my experiences with you.
