I'm overweight and i can't face people... i have inferiority complex and can't speak in front of strangers.. i've thought that if i lost weight, it would be healed but i don't know... i've followed a low-fat diet along with xenical and i'm waiting for the results soon...

Good luck achieving your weight loss goals. I've lost 16 kg so far since March 2007 so it can be done. I am also more comfident then I was before.

Basically I was just calorie counting and weight training at home.
