Just out of curiosity im wondering what peoples stats are who have sad

58kg-127.6
171cm-5.7

only reason i ask because im an ectomorph which means im constanley hungry because my body burns calories at a really fast rate which i think might explain 2 a degree why i get such bad anxiety problems from time 2 time.

Well I'm an endomorph so that blows your theory out. I'm sure there are ectos, mesos and endos who have anxiety.

I am always hungry too lol.

6'2, 150 lbs. I'm still only 14 and in the process of puberty though, so I should begin to fill out

I am 5'5'' and I am 113

Lowest was 107
I have food and excersize issues
I think it's how I cope with my anxiety

Is that 113 kilograms? If it is then you're going to need to lose some weight.

What exactly are your food and exercise issues? Don't have enough time? Don't enjoy it?

Personally I dislike doing cardio but weight training is very quick and enjoyable and I do that.

Do what I do and make it a game. I shoot basketball or play raquetball.

no, 113 pounds
52 kilograms


I would eat too little and excersize too much

Wow that's very low. Has the doctor told you that you need to gain weight or are you in the safe BMI range?

@DS - I've got no time for it. Always too busy with uni. In highschool though I played 1 hour of soccer everday at lunch with my friends.
