I am generally not scared of people I don't know. It's people such as older relatives e.g. my uncle, who I seem to be scared of. Usually I try my best to avoid situations in which I have to meet my relatives. But I don't seem to be too scared with strangers. I think this is because older relatives always judge you whereas strangers don't really care.

I have this problem with certain relatives I am not as close with. Aunts and uncles, some older cousins, and my very judgemental grandfather. But, I also have problems with strangers. Basically I have the problem with 99.9% of the worlds adult population.
